减少食物损耗是保障中国食物安全和实现可持续发展的重要途径。基于全国25个省(自治区)实地调研获得的7大类主要农产品全产业链损耗数据,研究发现,中国全产业链食物损耗率为14.67%。经测算,中国食物损耗总量为19240.57万吨,因食物损耗造成的能量和蛋白质损失高达216.35万亿千卡、6.82万亿克,分别可以保障2.47亿和2.49亿成年人一年的生活。中国食物损耗与世界平均水平接近,应进一步制定有效的减损措施,减少食物损耗,保障食物安全。
