全一卷。又称受用三水要法。唐代义净（635～713）撰。收于大正藏第四十五册。内容揭示僧俗日常所用三种水之性质及使用法等。三水，即：（一）时水，指沙弥俗人以手滤漉，观知无虫，而于午前任受饮用之水。（二）非时水，指时与非时皆可任情受用之净水。（三）触用水，即指洗涤手足、大小便处之水。书中又述及因受用、准备、贮藏等之不当，将触犯六种罪乃至一万五千四百八十罪。义净博采圣教，以十诵律、有部毗奈耶之律，及自己游学印度时之实地见闻为依据而撰成本书。
